Delaney Outlaw is honored to serve as an Assistant Principal at Falling Creek Elementary School. A Portsmouth, Virginia native, she attended I.C. Norcom High School and is passionate about ensuring every student has access to a high-quality education and every educator feels seen.

With more than 14 years in education, Ms. Outlaw has taught every grade from Pre-K through sixth grade and is entering her fourth year as an Assistant Principal. She is especially passionate about serving Title I communities and brings the unique perspective of having experienced Title I schools as a student, parent, teacher, and administrator.

Ms. Outlaw earned her bachelor's degree from Old Dominion University, her master's degree from Hampton University, completed advanced leadership training through Harvard University, and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) in Educational Leadership at Virginia Commonwealth University.

She believes strong school communities are built through meaningful relationships, high expectations, collaboration, and a steadfast commitment to helping every student thrive. Outside of school, she enjoys spending time with her adult son, family, friends, and her pets, as well as reading, traveling, shopping, and wellness activities. She is excited to continue serving the Falling Creek community.

Ms. Callie Nunnally is excited to begin this new adventure as one of the Assistant Principals at Falling Creek Elementary School. Having grown up in the Tri-Cities area, she is especially honored to return to the Chesterfield community to serve the students, families, and staff of Falling Creek.

Before joining the Falling Creek family, Ms. Nunnally served as a special education teacher at the secondary level within Chesterfield County Public Schools before pursuing a school leadership role outside the county. She is thrilled to be back in Chesterfield, where she can continue supporting students, families, and educators while helping every child reach their full potential.

Ms. Nunnally is passionate about building positive relationships, creating a safe and inclusive school culture, and ensuring that all students and staff feel valued, supported, and empowered to succeed. She earned her bachelor's degree in Psychology, a master's degree in Special Education, and an Administration and Supervision Endorsement from Longwood University. She is currently pursuing her Doctorate in Educational Leadership through Liberty University, reflecting her commitment to lifelong learning and continuous growth as an educational leader.

Outside of school, Ms. Nunnally enjoys spending time with her 14-year-old son, reading, and traveling. She is excited to join the Falling Creek Elementary family and looks forward to building on the many wonderful things already happening at FCES while helping the school community continue to thrive.

Mrs. Emily Belvin is thrilled to be stepping into the role of Dean of Students at Falling Creek Elementary. Mrs. Belvin comes with almost a decade of teaching experience in both Chesterfield County Public Schools and Colonial Heights Public Schools. She attended the University of Mary Washington in Fredericksburg, Virginia where she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in English. She then went on to complete graduate work in education at Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia. She most recently graduated with a Master's of Education in Administration and Supervision from the University of Virginia in Charlottesville, Virginia, as part of a leadership cohort through Chesterfield County Public Schools. 

Outside of school, Mrs. Belvin loves spending time with her family. She has been married to her husband for 10 years, and together they have a daughter, a son, and a sweet pup named Rosie. They enjoy traveling and going on different adventures to the beach, cruises, and Mrs. Belvin's personal favorite, Walt Disney World. 

Mrs. Belvin's philosophy is that every student has the potential to learn, grow, and shine as individuals. She believes in a model of education that is equitable, accessible, and inclusive of every student. She also places a strong emphasis on building relationships and maintaining open communication between school staff, families, and community members to give students every opportunity to succeed. Mrs. Belvin has an open door policy. She cannot wait to meet the students, families, and members of our Falling Creek community and begin to engage in the meaningful conversations that build the foundation for a successful school year.
